At Pathways to Purpose, I believe that purpose begins to take shape when families feel clear, confident, and supported. My mission is to help parents understand how their children learn, what they enjoy, and what they need to succeed. When students know themselves, planning for the future feels less stressful and much more manageable.
I give families the time, space, and guidance they need to make informed decisions about school programs, pathways, and next steps.
VISION
My vision is a community where parents feel informed, empowered, and supported as they guide their children through school and toward their future. I imagine families who understand the pathways available, can talk openly with teachers, and feel confident helping their children make choices that reflect their strengths, interests, and goals.

Lena Miele M.Ed, OCT
Hi, I’m Lena Miele, M.Ed, OCT, and the founder of Pathways to Purpose. I’m a teacher turned educational consultant with 15 years of experience across local and global classrooms, experiential learning programs, student services, alternative and post-secondary education systems. My favourite part of teaching has always been helping students grow and plan for what comes next.
As an Ontario educator, I understand how confusing school choices, pathway decisions, and post-secondary options can feel. The pathway isn’t always clear, and that’s why I work closely with parents—offering guidance and support so you can make confident decisions for your child’s future.
